Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using rented.ge (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

rented.ge helps landlords in Georgia manage properties, tenants, leases, rent, maintenance, and tax summaries. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and have a lawful basis for the tenant details you record.

4. Plans, trial & billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day full-access trial.
• When the trial ends, accounts move to the Free plan, which keeps manual tools for one property; automation and additional properties require a paid plan.
• Paid plans (Autopilot, Portfolio 3, Portfolio 10, Unlimited) are billed for the period you select. Founding pricing, where offered, is locked for the account it is granted to.
• While card payments are being finalised, upgrades are activated manually after payment by bank/wire transfer.
• Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾). We will give reasonable notice of price changes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Your data

Your data remains yours. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If your subscription lapses, your data is kept safe; some records may become read-only until you upgrade.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Lease templates and tax summaries are provided as helpful tools, not legal or tax advice. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, rented.ge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
